my theory... norway... it's near the north pole (earth's +magnetic energy polarity), where there's heavy magnetic filed activities with the sun's solar winds and earth's ozone layer interacting... alot of ions igniting and glowing at night creating the aurora borealis... the sun solar winds is like raw ions captured by the earth, and the ozone layer has it own charge of ions... alot of components make up the ozone layer and atmosphere... trees even play a factor (they produce oxygen and release a ionic charge...don't forget they're powered by sunlight too... annnnnnnnd trees help stimulate lightening when ever it storms... that's why they're the first to catch fire or to be stricken... they're like bio-power lines with a invisible line connecting to the earth's energy...lightening is nothing more than two colliding charges sparking off energy... it's to say the trees charge meet with the athmosphere's charge +ions + (-ions) = energy spark... the same apply for the solar winds meeting the ozone layer (earth's charge is different than the solar winds' charge)...

could have been a rocket packed with some sort of ionic charge... like a new age firework... (fireworks contain all sorts of minerals and elements to produce certain colors and or effects after being rocketed up with it's ignited stem to gunpowder charge to then ignite all of it's containment to then produce different colors and or effects...etc... think of the elements as a ionic charge interacting with the ozone layer or ionosphere... )... who fucking knows?...maybe it's a rocket blasting off in the lower ionosphere going shockwave lighting up ionic particles...
