so some futuristic blue alien (human/elf) character(s) in Mass Effect 3 don't want a medical officer position/rank? Yeoman? Science & Research Officer? Personal Assistant? Secretary? Consultant? Onboard Psyche Specialist? a position to remain onboard a prototype SR SSV vessel? isn't that what they want... ? what the fuck? 
platonic interests as compensation for not being interpersonal and stuff (also repaying them the favor for helping out with a really stupid systematic mission that involved "time travel to past earth", with unconventional yet extremely helpful assistance).
