Reframe from Mutinous Intentions
Over a month ago
Fiction:
Reframe from Mutinous Intentions, if any crew members have any...
you do not command anything, no form of authority onboard some guy's vessel, you're merely a guest (blue asari-andorrian goat character)
example;
Some captain and his entire crew could toss some blue character who belive they're commander of something right off a ship as a reality check, proving to them what they're actually in command of and all... nothing.
"so you're commander of what again?", Captain to smurf.
"how can someone, who's rescued from their demise in the future, who's like all helpless against everything... threaten to steal and or overpower the very people who saved their helpless asses, and then try and take command of other people stuff, where as they're a guest whom somehow had a extended welcome? and can someone please keep that goat away from me and equipment connected to me while i'm in the matrix? I don't trust that unstable delusional character, probably try and overload me with my own equipment calling me defenseless and hopeless, where as i'm gonna wake up being angry and kick their cowardly retarded asses to show them how defenseless i am, onboard my own ship. they have to be insane, just gotta be... they can't be serious dude.", Captain to crew
I want to write something about a large group of people who are apart of a galactic government, and their galactic military (armada).
You may have a select few tempted with the idea of being rogue, rebelliously independent, out for their own personal gain, or double-agent (being a member of the galactic military, yet fraternizing with questionable parties/organizations, or plotting something). Either they relinquish their mutinous intentions, and realign with their normal functionality (doing their assigned task as a crew member), or just simply exit whatever vessel, or territory they're present in belonging to the galactic federation.
COMMON SENSE, USE IT.

Things a captain or commanding officials would consider mutiny (Captain and Chiefs):
Plots/Attempts to overthrow Galactic Government's establishments (planets, moons, etc), or sovereign entities (starships, starstations, facilities, specific personnel included)...
Destructive Intentions or Actions against any Galactic Government's establishments.
Plotting to harm any member of the galactic government, and galactic military personnel with the used of a weapon (includes any member of whatever crew)
plotting to steal from the galactic government
plotting to commit mutiny onboard a vessel (overthrowing establishment)
Plotting to steal a Ship belonging to the galactic government (just flat out stupid)
Treason
Trying to derank a captain into a lesser position (like if i am captain i prefer remaining captain), or a 2nd/3rd in command remaining in command if a captain's busy (off duty), but wants to return to duty with someone trying to powerplay on ranking (that's if some guy is actually a captain)...
examples of mutiny and outcomes:
no mutiny
"Return our ship/property/sovereign entity that we randomly encountered since we are all over the galaxy and can easily spot our things... it'd be stupid to steal from us.", Galactic Government's Military
"hey is that our missing ship? If you are a crew member, and you're lost or were lost... it's okay... we know why you have the ship.", Galactic Military ... "Hey is that the ship we're looking for that was a assignment contracted to us by the Galactic Military?", Bounty Hunters contracted by GGM (Galactic Government Military)
--------------
Things that are considered violations, and not mutiny:
Disobeying Orders
Sabotaging Equipment (meddling with Artificial Intelligence is considered Sabotage, even if it's hacking)...unless sabotaged in likes of a mutinous plot/ploy.
Physical Fights (onboard any vessel, or within any galactic federation boundaries)
Threats
Insults/Offensive behavior
Aggressive Sexual Assault
Sexual Harassment (unless deemed consensual)
Inappropriate Behavior
Instigation/Manipulation
Sabotaging equipment could be a stupid idea (wouldn't want to end up like this scene...i'm sure this is why some crew members feel a bit uneasy)
-------------------
Things that should be okay;
any member of a crew having their own personal leisure time (off duty)
any member of a a crew having their own personal possessions/their items (that isn't a violation, or contraband)
dating (anyone, even fellow crew members), in own personal time (off duty)
etc...
shouldn't be considered a major violation (if labeled consensual... "dating people is illegal now?", Captain
right, "I was a bit assertive myself recently.", captain zep
http://scionairspace.tumblr.com/post/1691797807/funstuff
as long as it's not a massive violation... like dating a terrorist, or trying to have dangerous items as private possessions which would put anyone and or everyone in harm's way.
no eff'ed up items
------------------
People that should be okay to be onboard any vessel/starbase/territory/etc of the galactic government's military:
immediate family of personnel/crew members = guest
http://scionairspace.tumblr.com/post/1709334582/futuristicsarathemilf (okay'ed)

any high ranking personnel of the galactic governments military
any politcal member of the galactic federation (diplomatic immunity)
refugees/civilians (even people extracted from the matrix) in need of emergency escort
any military member of the galactic government's military in need of emergency medical attention/treatment, or rescue (for instance they're stranded, horrific incident involving them, their crew, who ever else, etc)...

Things a Captain should consider;

Star Trek Conference Room

Suggestion Polls/Boxes
Onboard Discussions pretending the concerns of everyone onboard
getting a entire crew perspective of whether or not to accept or decline a assigned mission (especially if everyone is concerned about their well being... )...
Conference Meetings/Discussions
Briefings about Briefings (getting key personnel's professional and personal perspectives about things, or the rest of the crew's thoughts)...
declining mission:

Example:::
"No, the majority of us rather not take on some next questionable assignment investigating some weird isolated ship, we think it's a trap. We the crew personally speaking have families, or a life we all would like to return to, or prefer to survive another day doing something else professionally within our careers/professions.",Crew's Deliberation... "Then we won't take up the assignment, we'll do something else instead... ", Captain taking cue on his crew's vote, "I as captain have a choice whether or not to accept some mission, reporting back my professional details of why and why not of accepting/declining. I rather preserve the livelihood of personnel/crew, civilians/refugees, equipment, and what ever ship i'm commanding, because ships are very expensive, and very important... we all depend on our ships (to survive space, get from point a to point b, and to function as a professional), plus i'm sure some galactic government don't want their stuff Eff'ed up anyways, right? doing them a logical favor avoiding getting stuff they paid for eff'ed up, so if thinking in advanced here in terms of survival and not getting our stuff eff'ed up, should be most important and beneficial for all.", Captain Zep.
"hey we got lost in space, none of us here committed any mutiny, right guys?... man shit was crazy... avoiding crazy ass homicidal robots, locating stuff to recharge and to refuel our ship, surviving hostilities... trying to find our course to reestablish communications with our command post... yup... none of us had time to steal anything, especially if you're trying to survive harsh odds of the cosmos. stocking up on dilithium crystals (to keep our ship functioning/powered aka to survive in space), while trying to save a bunch of refugees to escort into a galactic federation colony from hostile stuff/rogue environments isn't easy... yeah the civilians provided excellent trade in regards of having our starship function decently... which is why we agreed to escort them... yeah. because we're lost man, and need provisions... so we'll exchange as much non-classified amenities as we can... "hey, you help us out with directions, dilithium, an
